Azure dropping out

Greetings my client is having a problem with Omnis Studio 10.2.

The IT department they have engaged, can not get the program to hold in 
for more than 15 to 20 minutes, after this the client has to restart the 
Omnis library (application).

The system is using Microsoft Azure over a VPN network.

It is not my problem, I provide the software and data base, the IT 
suppose do the bit in middle the network, and make it work.

Any tips, does any body know something about this , may be there is a 
secret timer in Azure or some thing.

It was working on an older version of Omnis.


Any help appreciated.
