How to allow window height changes only?

You can put code in the window $event for On evResized, evRestored, etc. to reset to a fixed value. They can widen it, but when they let go it snaps back. If you use Kelly's Dragster, you can get the events as they are trying to resize and it won't allow them to drag it.
