Hi Mike,
When someone hits your website there are a number of headers that include information such as:
IP address of the requestor
IP port number of the requestor
locale (country-language)
cookie (if you have set a cookie value)
… and quite a few others
The IP address is as close as you will get to know who is visiting your website unless you have developed a login procedure in which case the visitor has identified themselves to you.
I am assuming you are using Omnis as your ultra-thin server where each page is requested from Omnis (as opposed to Apache/nginx/IIS whatever).
If you record your page requests and include the IP address, there are web services available where you can get geolocation info based on the IP address.
