ExcelFormat.DLL

Taking second look at your response Phil. I have checked my dev installation on Windows 11 (in this case) and I don't see both dll files (msvcp110.dll and msvcr110.dll) yet the ExcelFormat loads without any problem. However, I also have another dev installation for the same version of Omnis (different serial number) and this one does not load ExcelFormat (that is the Notation Inspector will not show it).
Interestingly the other installation I have (Omnis Studio 10.1 23136) loads ExcelFormat (probably because it is a different version of Omnis) but does not have those two dll files you have mentioned (msvcp110.dll and msvcr110.dll).
I am not sure what version of the ExcelFormat.dll is used on O$6.13 but the other O$10.1 is using version 3.90.
Sharing main lbs should not matter I think. I suspect some sort of conflict within the Windows registry.
I am not sure about the Xlibs "license" as I think it is adequate (purchased) but maybe I need to take a second look at this.
Any other ideas?
