Phil,
Thanks for your reply, this problem is not about running Omnis, this is about loading specific ExcelFormat.DLL that allows the app to produce and consume properly formatted XLS or XLSX files. The setup is fairly straightforward, one installation is used as "server" and the other as "workstation" used by multiple users, both installations in this case are DML and share the main LBS, this is on Windows machine used as "app server", they use RDP in this case to launch "workstation" on Windows Server 2022. All permissions on the DLL file are as they should, the "workstation" can load the file without any problem, the "server" produces an error.
The "license" or the "registration key" I was referring to is about Xlibs to unlock the limits on ExcelFormat external.
