Studio 10.22 Print Manager error

We upgraded a bunch of users yesterday and now many are reporting:

   Print Manger error: invalid printer driver data

All these users run our app via Windows Remote Server web client.

Our Windows desktop users are not reporting issues.

Sounds like a printer driver issue to me but that's been checked and looks okay.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
