Upgrading Omnis/User pic 10.22 Runtime

This is only on Windows. I’m not getting any trouble on the Mac side.

I start by installing the Runtime. I then simple change names so that it’s my app name. I don’t change the icon for example. Only names. You also have to change omnisdat to match the first five letters of whatever you rename the app. I did that. 

So I am using only the 10.22 runtime.. no old files.. I start by installing the runtime then I do the renaming. This has always worked. 

I am dealing with support on this. I hope for some progress, answers, resolution.

Ps: Besides the messages about Omnis and User pic df1’s, I am also getting a message about how it can’t find the localization file and also one about screen size settings.  This later message applies to the dev copy and not the runtime as it says "May affect developing forms".  Inappropriate for a runtime.  It feels like the Windows runtime for 10.22 32066 is not ready for distribution.
