Postgresql high demand server

Hi,

I have an IoT project that could need scale to support many insert by second 

Time ago there was a very interesting message from Doug Easterbrook about requirements for setting a hight performance server for PostgreSQL.

Things like OS type, RAM, CPU, HD, etc

Usually, I store a copy of this useful advices for the future, but this was not the case.

I have been searching for the message in the list with no luck.

Perhaps some one can point me which was this message.
