evDrop onto Headed list

Checking on earlier versions - under Studio 5 when I drag a file over my headed list (the one designated for dropping on !) I get a black thick line around the entirety of the list itself

Under Studio 10.22 I get no visible change at all

However both do run the On evDrop code in $control…..
