Moving Postgresql databases semi automatic script

Yes, I did in the link. But in my case it is about Both Postgresql and Debian is getting too old. So upgrading only Postgresql is not the only purpose.

And at the same time clean up. So pg_dumpall is not an option. 

Neither replication as the Postgresql is too old and replication cannot be done from old to a new version. AFAIK.

So moving to Debian 12 and to Postgresql 15 at the same time. pg_dump and pg_restore is the main option for me.
