How to do CSV?

if the end result is to have the data in excel, why not export directly to Excel???
there is a great xcomp to do it (excelFormat - which is free). you can set fonts, color, pick your row and column, or just export a list directly with headers. Gets you XLS and XLSX format. All you need do is
1) load your list
2) pick your file name
3) export the list directly.
you do not need excel on your machine. People on mac’s can open in numbers. or you can open in OpenOffice.
One minor note.. there is a one time licence fee of $199 for the guys that wrote the base libraries.
