Omnis 6.1.3 on Linux unable to save pdf

Solved ! By running the app starting with a ./omnisX64 call from terminal you get to see all the errors that are occurring - and that led me to the solution pretty quick

Turned out to be a change required to a particular python call in the report lab utils.py library for some python 2.7 change - and I thought python 2.7 hadn’t changed for yonks !!!

For info it needed .tostring() changing to .tobytes()

And voila all is beautiful again
