This looks fine...

But not sure its a good idea to share it on a list for anyone to see 
your password?

You might want to generate a different one now.

the team id is associated with this appleID presumably?
as is the app specific password?

When it works, it creates the keychain entry for you.

Maybe you need to wait a bit for the app specific password to be useable?
