O7: Env dll

hi Steve:

are you talking omnis 7 era ENV functions?  (in which case, Kelly gave you a response and I’ll step aside)


or are you trying to access environment vars in Studio?   in which case the ‘getEnv’ function and get you a bunch of environment variables on windows, mac, etc.

for example, if you type ‘env’ on the mac command line, you can get any of those settings by doing something like

calc.  homedirectory as getenv(‘HOME’)


I think windows, if you type ’set’ on the command line, you can see the environment variables you can get.
