This link to list seems like it was for DF1 working with Omnis Studio not with Omnis classic.

Hi All,
How do I detect that an Omnis DF1 file is full and needs to be segmented?
How do I segment the datafile programmatically without the need for user intervention?
I am using an Omnis classic library ver 8.3.1.
