O$ Bugs : specifically one annoying bug (feature ?)

Hi listers,

Speaking of bugs/features there is something very annoying in the method 
editor.
As One paste some text, the current line is moved either to the very top 
or to the very bottom of the window.
When One works on very big screen, it cost a lot of time to refocus.
Is it a bug or a feature ?

If so how One would disable this behaviour ?
