Hey Martin,

I'll just echo others comments, if I see something I can answer, and I 
have time to answer it, then I will...
but sometimes I am just engrossed in trying to solve some other issue, 
that I don't want to be distracted into thinking about your issue...

So, help is there, just maybe not quite when you want it.

I believe "they" are trying to make the community bigger... as ever... 
but only time will tell if they succeed.

Open source, well there are some examples on Git, if you know where to look.
omnis even have there own offerings:
