Hello Mike,
It sounds like it, as I don’t see those on my Dev version, and pretty sure the RT menu bar is sparse. The serial number though should have stopped it maybe?

I do not have Monteray on my MacBookPro yet, but one of my users has
upgraded to it on a fairly old MBP.
They have installed 10.22 Runtime and that seems to run OK except that
there are extra items on the menu bar, namely:
ODBC, Ports, Synchronisation Server
Our multi-seat serial number was accepted.
I am wondering if they downloaded the Server version by mistake. Could that
fit the symptoms I have described? I'd be grateful for an opinion.
