Thank you Das.
The jsctempl file was always in the html folder.
Omnis Support have been very helpful. 
They asked me to copy the js html files into the installation folder.
I did that and the app now runs smooth.
Here in Africa, guys yawn at languages that aren't common. They love sheep following and the cloud hype.

That file, jsctempl.htm, is in the html folder inside the App Data tree of Omnis data.  It should be there.
