NO. PostgreSQL 14.5.1 on Mac 10.12 M1

Thanks to Doug and Kelly for their quick responses.  I fixed the problem by
installing pgAdmin4-6-15 instead of 4-6-14
Generally I don't use the very latest version of stuff, but that has fixed
it this time.
