O$10.2: SQL Server and Mac M1

Hi Dan;

I was hoping to get all the pieces on the single machine, it looks like none of the older version of SQL Server will install of course, perhaps 2022 version when it is released will.

So I am thinking now that perhaps running Omnis inside Parallels and connecting to instance of the SQL Server on the network will work for now.

Needless to say that at least for now the M1/M2 Mac is not very useful (even though the specs are impressive).

The web said you could simulate it using Azure. If this is not the case then ODBC or JDBC should allow you to attach to a SQL Server instance on another machine.
