O$10.2: SQL Server and Mac M1

Is it possible to use Mac with M1 processor to do any development in Studio 10.2 with SQL Server?

How I could go about it?

I do have latest Parallels installed on this Mac machine and Window 11 for ARM but it seems that there is no way of installing SQL Server on it just yet.

In the past I would install both SQL Server and Omnis on Windows under Parallels to do the work. 

I also do remember that there was a third party (not sure about the name at the moment) providing DAM for Omnis on Mac to connect to SQL Server running elsewhere on the network.  I have never used this approach though.

I would appreciate any help on this.
