Hello Das,
This reply was all to do with backup developers. There is a lack of visibility on both the product an people who could support it, not from an engineering perspective, but from a development view.
And following on from that, yes we support other Omnis developers and their products around the globe.
Lastly, I mentioned Stack Overflow, GitHub and others, where Omnis should be visible as a product, service, usage, etc. But there is little evidence of the real size of Omnis developers on the internet when you search. Unless you find the Omnis List, then really you would not have an easy time finding external support I think.
