Corruptly scrolling lists

Have a client running 10.13.6 and Omnis 10.2 303 and when she scrolls lists the lists do not scroll properly and list lines end up on top of lists lines

Is this a simple matter of upgrading from 10.13 to 11 or 12?

Is there an Omnis 10.2 version that works with this issue to save having to upgrade a 2015 Mac
