Parameters on URL?

Dear $all,

Is there a way to pass parameters on an URL to a JS Remote Form?

Like by appending them to the end of the URL with some delimiter?

Or how would you do this:

You have a customer review email, asking the customer to submit 5 stars or whatever.
Your email has a link which opens a JS Remote Form.
You want it to include their customer number which you packed into the link on the email.
Once at the form the customer number is used to pull up that account so that the review is attached to their account. 

This could be used for numerous applications including billing. 

Is there a way to do this?
