Web Server monitor

We use amazon web services for most of our servers, and rely on CloudWatch
to handle all our monitoring (I dont think you can use it unless your
servers are with AWS).

However, we also use  https://uptimerobot.com/ for everything as a
backup/secondary solution... works very well with the free package.
