Convert lbr. to .exe

Hi Martin,

You can launch Omnis Studio from Omnis 7, and you can tell Omnis Studio to open a particular library, so you could, say do "start program normal omnis.exe library.lbs" in Omnis 7.  That's assuming that you want to get Studio to do something from within Omnis 7.  If you want, you may even be able to get some inter-application communication going via DDE or TCP/IP.
