O$: jsClient FileControl object not working

Hi $all,

I'm sure it's something simple, but I implemented the FileControl object in our jsClient project to download files, and it's not working.

In browser's console I can see the error message "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 503 (service unavailable)" and the URL: http://127.0.0.1:5192/jsclient?OmnisServer=&__OmnisCmd=download%2C0%2C2406%2C1642492747%2C0%2Comnis_dl1%2CJob+List.csv%2Ctext%2Fplain%3Bcharset%3Dutf8%2CtrFileData <http://127.0.0.1:5192/jsclient?OmnisServer=&__OmnisCmd=download,0,2406,1642492747,0,omnis_dl1,Job+List.csv,text/plain;charset=utf8,trFileData>

Can anybody give me a hint as to where to start looking for the problem?  I'm sure I've seen this before, but I can't remember what I did last time to make it work.
