Form does not appear, Windows, App Server

Hello Lister,

I have my Windows Server all setup. But App Server or something won’t show the form, just shows white.
The browser takes a split second like it is accessing the other softwares to get the form.. cgi, Apache, Omnis App Server, etc and then just draws white, no error

The website I have in document root with the Omnis generated htm files is working when you type the IP address..which proves Apache is working.  my forms test fine in dev, app server is running, I’ve done everything talked about in the setup tech note, I am familiar with this process having done it on the Mac with success, I find this Windows installation is very similar because Apache is on both, the same, Omnis app server is the same, so I’m familiar with all the players. I have my htm files in place in document root, I should be able to access them via IPNumber/NameofHTMFile, I have all the other items that goes there with them which you get from the html folder of the app server installation.. I have the cgi software in place, config files edited where need be, I know this now a bit I do the CGI method on both, I do believe the fact that it is displaying white without error is sign that it is almost working, it’s connecting but not loading the form… the forms were made by the same version of Omnis between the dev copy and the web server. There’s nothing I can think of that is wrong, out of place, forced, everything seems smooth and acting correctly except that last thing.. the web page of the form does not display which is the final thing in the chain, everything up to that point checks out. 

Any ideas?
