Clicking report link on one windows machine does not work -- studio 10.2 - any ideas

Hi Doug,
I recall something similar years ago on a different version of windows and
Omnis. (...maybe it was Studio 6.x and win 7).
But the overall behaviour was similar to what you described, in that one of
the machine's fields was not clickable.
After some testing, I discover it was indeed clickable, but 1 inch or so
around the field in some other part of the window ie. it was not "lined up"
with the field.
In my case, the user enabled a windows scaling feature which slightly
enlarged the app. I have not heard any of our users mention this for years
since, so hoping whatever it was is resolved by now.
