A good point here.

Can users resell their old licences?

Hi Ben,
I contact them about concurrent users with one single license number.Stephen said they do not have. So I thought, since they stopped supporting Omnis7, then probably there are resellers who still have those old multiuser licenses still in stock.
Rgds,

I would do what you did and contact Omnis sales team, I would have thought
Omnis Software are the only ones able to issue and sell Omnis serial
numbers and licences....

Hi Ben,I have inherited an Omnis 7 project. They need a single (one)
license number for multi-concurrent users, say for 5 users.I have contacted
Omnis, but they say they only have single license for each user.Where can I
buy one?
Kind regards,Martin.

Omnis 7 and Studio are fundamentally different products despite some

Studio is OO mindset based, Omnis 7 isn't - it is procedural mindset.

Just wanted to be another voice Martin saying that Omnis 7 is really
different from Studio.

With that said it IS OMNIS, so it does share a lot. Structure of code
is
different. For example you have to code event driven methods with older
variables that Omnis 7 has in it, hash variables, like #xyz, you’ll have
to
learn those.
