JS Client Form Error

Hello $all,

I have a Remote Form running off my Mac Server. It has always worked.
I recently went through a lot with this server, over email, that is resolved.
During that process I changed NOTHING about this remote form application running on the server.
No upgrades, no changes, no moving it, no nothing that I can think of.
Yet when I try to access it through my browser the usual way it comes up with 

"An error has occurred when communicating with the server"

Any ideas of things that this might be?
