Omnis 7 running on Server 2016 64bit

I do have to disagree there !

If you look at the history of software ‘manufacturers’ so to speak - Omnis apps still keep rolling along decades after others have long since disappeared.

Granted there might not be a 64 bit version of Omnis 7 - but do you *really* expect that to be a thing given the life cycle that Studio has taken along with the fact that - in Windows land - 32 bit apps have still kept going right the way though till now…..

And of course there are always options to upgrade apps from Omnis 7 to Studio which - dependent upon the style of how it was originally written, can work well (and here I clearly say my own Omnis 7 app would not have fared well in a conversion !!!!)

Of course Studio 10.2 *could* be ‘broken off - as indeed can *any* piece of software……but I do think the longevity of Omnis should be respected here - they are a pretty awesome bunch within the confines of software houses……don’t ever forget that !!!!!
