After doing many different Google searches, I came across this.

I have sent an inquiry to see if it will really do what I want. But they are in Hawaii so will have to wait for a reply.
But looks promising.
They also seem to have a way to allow for multiple uses. Basically, turning the Mac into a Mac RDP Server. If this is the case, it may be something Mac users with DML Files might want to look at. Would eliminate the File Sharing issues on Macs.

You can certainly do it the other way round easily with Windoze RDP on the Mac

I think you may need something like VNC to run it from Windoze:
