One of our customers has asked if we can generate such a fillable PDF from our app. All the PDF apps I have found so far allow you to create a fixed document with fixed fields in the PDF file that can then be filled with data by an end user. The Omnis report we have programmed for the customer is dynamically created, based on the order and the items in the order, so using such an inflexible solution is not useful for us. These tools do not seem to be scriptable. The only other solution I can think of is to dynamically create a web based form using typeform or google forms.
