Omnis7 serial no

Hi

I am trying to help someone who still has an Omnis7 3.8.1 app going.

Where does Omnis7 register the serial no?

This is on a windows machine.

Is it possible to change the serial no of an already registered Omnis7?

Also was there in previous versions of Omnis, maybe Omnis3, where the
serial no was in the form xxxx-xxxx-xxxx (all digits) ?
