Fields when dragging the sides of a window

Hi

I have a message window  with one field and 2 push buttons which I would like keep underneath the message field. Very occasionally there is a long message

The message field is $edgefloat kEFrightBottom which works fine but when dragging the window bottom right corner to enlarge the field (for the large message), the buttons remain where they started and so are in the message field.

I have tried various edge float settings for the buttons to get them to move with the bottom of the window but stay the same size without success.

I can of course put the buttons at the top of the window so that they are unaffected but it does not look as good.

Is there a way around this or am I stuck with it?
