Text Editor with Formatting?

Hello $all,

I thought I remember a text editor option in Omnis Studio that was rich text.. specifically HTML .. I remember typing in it and formatting the text in minor ways, like Centering, Font Size, Color.. I thought it was a simple way to get a formatted document typed up in Omnis.. 

It was native, part of Omnis, not a third party Xcomp.

But today I look for this among the field types and cannot find it. 

Am I wrong? Was there one and now it’s gone in 10.2?

And what is the point of the HTML control since there is oBrowser?  The HTML control seems really weak.
