LibXL SetPicture

Anyone who succesfully added a .jpg picture to a worksheet using LibXL compiled ExcelFormat.dll ?

Using xcomp version 3.9.0 on Omnis Studio 10.2 and Windows 10 (64bit)
There is a workbook.$addPicture available (which should return an integer pictureId but is 0)
There is however no sheet.$setPicture method available (as documented in LibXL and introduced in 3.8.6)
