OT, Code Signing Certificate - Sectigo

Hi Dennis,

We've used Sectigo (formerly Komodo) certificates for a number of years. They work very well. For code signing, the only issues we ever encountered are not specific to the certificate (e.g. locked down, out-of-date OS with stale root certificates).
