Remote Forms Missing Formatting in 10.2 30204

Hi Das,

Did you get this sorted out?  I have a problem that seems to be the same 
issue.  I have some background shapes on a jsForm and they look fine in 
Dev mode on my Mac, but come out all black when served by my Windows 
appserver.
