Hi Chris,

I suspect the IP records you are showing are not the external IPs of his 
router?
Just the internal IPs of his machine on his local network.

Postgres will probably only see the external IP of his connection, which 
maybe the IP4 address 45:155:205:108 that you quoted.

His router could tell him that, if he knew where to look.
