Clearing semaphores

Remembering back to old Omnis you could start up with Command S held down and any record lock semaphores would get cleared and you can go on operating

If this happens these days with Omnis 10.1 is there such a thing or something similar (Using ODB)

At the moment I get all users to Quit out of the data file and duplicate it, rename it etc and all is then ok

I try to do it with File Ops copy and rename and the locks do not get cleared as in a Finder copy

Restarting the server also clears the locks

Does anyone have a method or strategy to clear locks (Yes I know, I shouldn’t get locks or I should go to SQL)
