Omnis 10.1.26652 Crashing on OSX 10.13.6

I have a new install with mainly new Macs and one older 2012 model running 10.13.6 with 8gb of memory that is getting regular crashes while running Omnis on ODB

I have been online to her Mac for a few hours now without replicating the crash, she has sent me the crash report if this means anything to anyone, means nothing to me

All other Macs are fine (2019 and 2020 model iMacs and MacBooks)
