Detecting the mobile OS and version

Hi all,

I would like to build a remote form or ultra-thin page to determine if a 
user's mobile OS can run a particular (non-Omnis) app.  It has to be 
either iOS 10.0 or later, or Android 7.0 or later.

Is there anything built-in to Omnis that will provide that information?

If not, does anyone have any handy javascript?
