Opening files and folder in Windows using Studio 10

I saw this somewhere on the list but can’t find it now

I used to use this in OS4 to open files/folders in windows

    Register DLL ('Shell32.dll','ShellExecuteA','IJCCCCJ')
    Call DLL ('Shell32.dll','ShellExecuteA',%HWND,'Open',docpath,chr(0),chr(0),1)

Now it doesn’t work in OS10 on Windows 10
