MacMini Setup..Mouse

Das/David,

Mac mini does not come with mouse & keyboard as standard in the UK.  Maybe no where else either, it is an extra you have to buy, unless you already have a set.

But during the first startup run Das, it will prompt for any BT kit, followed by selecting a WiFi network as well.  And any BT kit will work in general.

So rest easy on that score.

I have a bluetooth keyboard.. but how can you tell the MacMini to connect to it unless you have a wired mouse.. I have a BT mouse as well and wish I could use that but there’s no way to tell the MacMini to connect to it unless again you have a wired mouse

Am I correct?

Or do these Macs reach out and try to recognize the only BT mouse around?
