How to work with remote forms

The URL must be
http://up-of-desktop:omnisserver-port/jschtml/formname.htm

The ip of my desktop is 192.168.60.84 and the omnisserver-port is 5000.

Typing 

http://192.168.60.84:5000/jschtml/jslogon.htm
Works fine.
