Can a Mac be a full blown web server?

the *best* web serves are unix based. (thats includes mac and linux).
you can install apache on mac. We did it for 15 or so years - then we switched over to Nginx. so, use whatever Omnis recommends or supports for app server.
windows and IIS … thats up to you. its probably telling that the vast majority of web servesr in this world are NOT windows or IIS.
