O$ creating a drag rectangle on the thick client

I had a "GeoDraw" external that hasn't been touched since Studio 4.2 days, and it allowed marking up an existing image using an overlay that you could store and 'replay' - but it never worked as well on Windows as on Mac, it was programmable, not interactive, and it had limited functionality.  I've since written a "Markup" xcomp that was more like a Paint window with a tool palette for interactively drawing lines and circles - but it was a custom job and didn't include a normal full set of drawing tools.  I've planned to rewrite it as a more generic thing.  Never enough time, even with a pandemic.  (It's hard to make a hermit stay home more than he already did...)

I hope Bas solved the problem with the selectable shape object idea.
